In September 2020, our team made its way to Kempten to host the first joint transformation workshop at WR Wohnraum AG’s own premises. Two days of highly productive work helped to raise awareness of the importance of digital strategies and to jointly develop future-oriented approaches to solutions in order to lay the foundation for progress in the comparatively rather slowly developing housing industry. We were particularly impressed by the motivation of the participants, which was palpable throughout: “Day after day, we work on an indispensable commodity – HOUSING. This is where our motivation to innovate lies.” Building on this, the launch of strategic brand communication soon followed in preparation for extensive capital market activities in 2021 in the form of various video productions around the theme of “affordable housing”. A topic of utmost relevance at the intersection of digitalization and social change, where gannaca provides and continuously supervises key concepts for the innovation culture and structure.
